Digital Trust Certification is a pre-entry review — an independent check of a project's data validation and readiness before it formally enters the registry, distinct from the ongoing rating a registered asset receives afterward. It exists for cases where a developer, buyer, or partner wants assurance on a project's readiness before committing time or capital to full registration.
The result is a documented certification report, not just a verbal opinion — something you can actually show a counterparty, and something that can be revisited if the project's circumstances change materially before registration completes.
